How can I pay for my order online?

You can pay for your order online using all the standard payment methods like major Credit Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wallets like Apple Pay, Shop pay and Afterpay.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are secure, encrypted and processed via Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkout.

Do you accept any alternate forms of payment?

Currently we accept only prepaid orders using Debit Cards, Credit Cards You can also pay through Afterpay.

Do you deliver to my location?

We may not be able to deliver to some locations, and some products are limited in delivery locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location.

What is the status of my order?

All products are sent via trackable courier, and you will receive a tracking number upon the dispatch of your order. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the estimated range of days provided for each product where possible, once we have confirmed receipt of payment. However, all dispatch times and delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for late delivery caused by factors outside of our control.
